HOW TO USE
- Use your GXB gift card online OR in-store
- You will receive an email with your unique gift card code once you complete checkout.
- You can either email the gift card directly to the receiver immediately or on a set date OR you can have the gift card delivered to you directly. Even if you send the gift card to another receiver, you will still receive a gift card email with your receipt details.
- Gift cards expire after 3 years.
- To use your gift card, just input your unique gift card code at checkout online or to the cashier in-store.
- When a customer uses a gift card to make a purchase, the balance on the gift card is applied to the total value of the order, which includes taxes and shipping costs. If the gift card balance is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer can complete the order without needing to provide additional payment. If the balance is less than the order total, the customer will need to choose an additional payment method to cover the remaining amount.
- Gift cards do retain their balance. This means that if you do not spend the total balance of the gift card, you can use the rest at a later stage.
